By using the services of  Time is Logo, you legally agree to the Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully. If you do not accept the terms and conditions laid out here, you may not use our services of creation. Time is Logo may revise and/or amend these terms at any time by updating this posting. All the services related to the projects (logo, payment, execution time) are described in the following document.

Time is Logo is a design firm that works exclusively online, through which customers choose a design package, providing information specific to their project along with their contact details. All communications with the customer is done via email. The customer is responsible for the detailed description of their company through the completion of the standard form. Time is Logo reserves the right to file and store the information provided in the questionnaire that guides the process of creating the logo. This information will be used solely for the development of logos, and none of it will be shared with third parties. The contact information provided by customers will also not be disclosed or sold by Time is Logo.

Filling the form does not represent a contractual compliance to the design services offered by Time is Logo. For the contractual compliance to be valid, it is necessary the approval of registration and payment confirmation from the PayPal site. When confirmation of payment is received, the customer will be notified by email within 24 hours. Once the process of creation has started, the name of the logo may not be further amended. If any change in the name of the logo is made mandatory, be it due to any given reason, Time is Logo reserves the right to charge a fee to be agreed with the client, taking into account each specific case .

The customer will receive, via email, the first results within 3 to 5 business days, depending on the package chosen. The difference between the packages is the amount of original logos produced. Alterations can be made to the first initial concepts developed, with purpose to ensure the client's approval. The customer will have a chance to expose their ideas and engage in the creative process. Having made the changes and chosen a logo that represents their favorite line of design, we move to the process of review of colors, fonts and forms to ensure customer satisfaction. Each change or revision takes about 24 hours depending on complexity.If none of the original logos pleases the customer, they have the right to request a review of the concept, provided they give precise information on the nature of their dissatisfaction. The customer has a maximum of seven days to respond to the logos sent. If no response is received, the service will be deemed complete, and Time is Logo disclaims any future amendment. The client is entitled to only one logo and all logos derived from previous studies are for the exclusive use of Time is Logo. Once you choose the logo, you cannot go back and choose another logo created earlier, once to the process of creating the stationery will have already been started. All reviews will be made ONLY by the client that requested the service through their email given in the questionnaire.

The customer does not need register or create passwords on the Time is Logo website. The only necessary step is filling out the questionnaire carefully and paying through Pay Pal, and the services of creation will start. Costs are quoted in U.S. dollars (U.S. $). Payment will be made only by PayPal because of its security for online payments. To this end, the customer must register on the PayPal website, because this system allows the conversion to their currency and use of different types of credit cards. After payment, the customer will receive an email confirmation. Any other services that are not logo and stationery are charged separately according to customer's need. These values will be discussed and agreed between the client and the Time is Logo.

This service is protected by copyright, privacy, publicity and intellectual property laws. Its use is restricted to the customer, who is not allowed to transmit, disseminate, distribute, transfer, perform, publish, rent, reproduce, sell, store or create designs derived from this website.

Time is Logo is not liable for any interruptions, delays, errors, omissions or losses related to the speed of data transmission from the website. Likewise, the Time is Logo is not responsible for indirect damages, nor for any use or operation outside of your site, and so far has no representations or partnerships.

If the customer wishes to cancel the service during the process of creating the logo, the customer is not entitled to any refund. The deadline for cancellation of an order is 24 hours after payment. It is of sole responsibility of the client to register the trade mark, patent or other intellectual property rights,  of the logo chosen. We advise the verification of the requirements for registering with the competent organs of each country, before starting the process.

The client is expressly prohibited from using any materials, media or other content provided by Time is Logo during the creation process. The customer is only entitled to a final logo and stationery, after its approval.

Time is Logo  intends to undertake commercially reasonable efforts in regard to privacy and confidentiality policy, but assumes no responsibility for any information sent or diverted due to improper use of the website, be it by the customer or other person, hackers or other malicious act. In case of any violation of these Terms and Conditions for use of the website, the customer will be subject to legal penalties. In the event of a lawsuit is instituted, the party violating the terms and conditions set forth herein will be responsible for the legal costs of the proceedings, including but not limited to, attorneys fees and court costs.
