Q: How long does it take to receive the first samples of my logo?
A: After the payment is received, the first drafts will be sent in 3 to 5 business days, according to the package chosen.



Q: How many changes can I ask for in my logo?
A: After receiving the first concepts, you should analyse the drafts and choose which line of design is most compatible with your business vision and the image you want to portray of your company. Once the basic logo is chosen, you can make any observations you see fit, pertaining color and shape of the logo, as well as concept, to guide the changes to be made by our design team. You have the right to ask for as many changes as you wish, within the next 7 business days.

Q: What exactly is stationery?
A: Stationery are the personalized office materials, such as writing pad, envelopes and business cards. These materials are indispensible to start your business, once they reinforce the identity of the company and convey credibility to your clients. It is of the responsibility of the customer, however, to provide accurate information about what will be displayed in the stationary material, such as address, phone number and email of the company.

The items included in the stationery provided for free are:

• Business card: 5,5 x 8,5 cm
• Letterhead: 21 x 29,7 cm (A4)
• Envelope: 19,2 X 22,9 cm (C5 – rectangular) or 11x22 cm (DL – Horizontal).

For any other items, not included in the package, you must submit a detailed explanation for quoting prices with the customer service of Time is Logo.



Q: Whose is the property over the logo created by Time is Logo?
A: Only the chosen logo is of the property of the customer and it is of the customer’s responsibility to legally register it, in order to avoid copies or plagiarism on the part of its competitors. The logos which were not chosen during the process of creation cannot be registered by the customer, and in doing so the customer becomes liable under the law.



Q: How do I place my order for a logo?
A: The process is very simple, you just have to fill out the form, choose the package which best suits your needs and complete the payment procedures with PayPal or deposit account. After the payment confirmation, the creation of your logo starts.



Q: What are the payment options?
A: We currently use the safest online payment system available to receive our orders. PayPal is an online credit card payment system, which accepts a variety of credit cards, with more than 100 million users, in 190 countries and regions. Q: How can I see my logos?
A: You will receive an email with the logo options in attached files, in JPG format, for easier visualization.



Q: What happens if I don’t like my logo?
A: We take several preventive measures to prevent that from happening. The first is the creation of three initial drafts (or more, depending on the package chosen) so that the customer can determine the design line to be followed. Another important measure is the unlimited number of alterations within the timeframe of seven business days. Thus, the customer  will be able to make his/her observations and take an active part on the creation process, which ensures that the logo will express the customer’s taste and vision. Therefore, it is paramount that the customer gets involved in each step of the process and describe his/her views in a clear and concise manner.



Q: What happens when I choose a logo?
A: Once the logo is chosen by the customer, we proceed with the design of the stationary and after that is also approved, you will receive all the final files, within 2 business days.



Q: How do I receive the files?
A: All files will be sent via email in the formats mentioned earlier (AI/CDR/EPS/PNG/JPG). It is important to highlight that we DO NOT work with printing, we only provide the design material for printing and other purposes, as stated above.
